Mindfulness for Health



Mindfulness is defined as complete and nonjudgmental awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis. Studies have found that the practice of mindfulness can benefit overall health by helping people manage stress, copying better with serious illness and reducing anxiety and depression.
