The Importance of Sleep for Your Health


Fifty to seventy million people in the United States have sleep disorders and around 1/3 of the population sleeps less than 7 hours each night. Scientists are still learning how sleep disorders affect the health of individuals, to learn how to maintain healthy sleep habits to decrease the risk of having problems caused by lack of sleep such as sleepiness, lack of energy and difficulty concentrating read "Your Guide to Healthy Sleep" and information about Insomnia, the most common sleep disorder.
