¡Aquí Estan los 28 Nuevos Líderes Comunitarios del Sur de La Florida!

Esta semana, 28 nuevos líderes completaron la Capacitaación de Liderazgo y Compromiso Ciudadano ofrecida por el Consejo Nacional Hispano para Adultos Mayores, NHCOA (por sus siglas en ingles) en colaboracion con el Estudio de la salud de la Comunidad Hispana/Estudio de los Latinos, HCHS/SOL. ¡Estamos muy orgullosos del esfuerzo y compromiso de estos líderes con la comunidad!
Todos los asistentes recibieron material informative de SOL incluyendo el Estudio de la Salud de la Comunidad Hispana: Reporte de Datos: Un Reporte para las Comunidades, el folleto Sobre Nuestra Salud y las hojas informativas sobre Diabetes, Hepatitis y sobre los Resultados del HCHS/SOL para que los compartan con sus comunidades.

 

Here Are Our Newest 28 Hispanic Community Leaders of South Florida!

This week, 28 new leaders graduated from the Leadership and Civic Engagement Training offered by the National Hispanic Council on Aging, NHCOA in collaboration with the Hispanic community Health Study/Study of Latinos, HCHS/SOL. We are very proud of their effort and commitment to the community!
 All leaders received informational HCHS/SOL material including the Hispanic Community Health Study Databook: A Report to the Communities, the booklet About Our Health: Results from the Hispanic Community Health Study  and the factsheets about Diabetes, Hepatitis and HCHS/SOL study results to share with the community they serve.
